Job Shadow connects leaders and future players
Job Shadow day, organised by the Junior Achievement association, is a day where leaders from different fields get to work with a young future player for the duration of their working day. Young people come from all over Finland and have all participated in the JA entrepreneurship education programme as part of their school education.
Job Shadow day will be held for the next time on 2023.

Closing ceremony
The day culminates in a joint closing ceremony in Helsinki, where young people and leaders can share their experiences.
Ready for Work
Ready for Work is a collaboration event organized by ManpowerGroup and Junior Achievement association on the evening before Job Shadow day. The event is aimed at young people participating in Job Shadow day, who will receive golden tips for job search and personal branding from recruitment professionals.
