The JA Job Shadow day brings together Finnish top executives and entrepreneurial minded students once more.
29 Finnish business leaders want to take a day of work for the young people on Thursday November 3rd. Every leader will be shadowed by one student during the day. From past experience we know there will be a lot of learning by both sides.
At the end of the day, the leaders and the students gather to a closing ceremony at the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
We want to already thank the leaders for the chance they are giving to allow the students to follow them and experience the business life happening behind closed doors.
The participating students come from all around Finland aged 16-23 and they have all participated in the JA Company Program or in the JA Start Up Program during their studies . They came up with a JA student company operating with real money in a real market and ran it for a school year. Some of the students have continued their ventures after the program by founding real companies.
